The Bililed Maxi+, which provides a light intensity of ≥70 μW/cm²/nm at a distance of 35 cm using 16 LED lamps, delivers uniform and effective phototherapy to the newborn’s skin surface.
Delays in treatment resulting from insufficient light exposure, persistent hyperbilirubinemia, and the need for blood exchange are significantly reduced. A faster decline in bilirubin levels and a shorter treatment duration are possible with Bililed Maxi+.
LED Technology Free of UV and Infrared Radiation
Bililed Maxi+ emits light only at therapeutic wavelengths. Thanks to its formula, which contains no UV or infrared components, the risk of skin irritation, changes in pigmentation, and increased water loss is eliminated.

5-Level Light Intensity & Rotating Head
The adjustable 5-level light intensity allows the treatment to be optimized according to each baby’s clinical needs. Thanks to the rotatable and angle-adjustable light head, the light is directed precisely at the target area—light loss is minimized, and the treatment area is maximized.
Ergonomic Mobile Stand, Flexible Use
With its vacuum-mounted feet attached to the base, the Bililed Maxi+ can be integrated directly onto the canopy, and with its optional mobile stand, it offers positioning options compatible with radiant heaters, incubators, and cribs, adapting to the clinical workflow to ensure uninterrupted care. Insufficient light exposure due to improper positioning is prevented, and unnecessary baby movement is eliminated.
